Very well-maintained floating dock facility with walk-on side docks for 10-meter and 12-meter boats. The facility is very well equipped with new utility stations (electricity, water), good lighting, and a webcam.
Separate men’s and women’s restrooms, each with 3 sinks and 2 to 3 toilets.
The harbor master is very friendly.
Everything is very clean and tidy.
No crowds, as many long-term residents live in nearby apartments.
All access points are secured with a chip and code.
Boats are always very stable, despite occasional ferry traffic on the Warnow.
Advance booking is recommended.
